• Listing information you publish (vehicle details, rates, photos, contact details).

3. How we use data

We use data to run the listing platform, process listing subscriptions via PayFast, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with law. V1 does not process rental bookings on the platform.

4. Sharing

We may share information with service providers (hosting, email, PayFast) and when required by law. Listing contact details you publish are visible to visitors so they can contact you directly.

5. Your rights

Depending on POPIA and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact YTR.

6. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements.
